With over 30 years of experience in the art industry, Tom has accumulated a world wide view full of creative knowledge. Beginning in 1998 when he opened up his own premier custom tattoo studio ( Mean Machine Tattoo Company ), to his private Ybor studio ( Black Fin ), he continues to add and expand his portfolio now including murals. The education in different mediums and styles translates to all his custom compositions. A very technical mind and hand goes into every design whether it is on skin or canvas. He enjoys fishing and being out in the ocean which really translates to his favorite subject to paint, fish and aquatic art.

Growing up in Mexico City, Mena grew up surrounded by color and art. She knew from very early on that she wanted a career in the art industry. Coming from a marketing and advertising background, her mind and ideas often work back towards using art for growth, visibility and aesthetics that will fit with the existing surroundings. While graphic design is a major part of her resume, passion in painting is still her first love. A fan of bright colors, bold lines, and a good drop shadow you will often find these elements in her designs.
